This was the first branch of SOD found in the cradle of Yoruba civilization in Nigeria. Beginning in 1997, it has a history of producing strong members and dances.

Admission
Auditions are held on the 7th and 12th months of the year. Auditions are held at English department, OAU. However, due to unstable calendars, the auditions are adjusted to fit into the school calendar. Please contact us for more information.
Rehearsals
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7pm-9pm

History
Ife branch is the premier branch of Spirit of David Gospel Dance Club, established in April, 1997 by the Chief coordinator, Pastor Segun Lawal who was then a finalist of the department of Accounting. It has expanded into many other branches across the world. The 1st show, Unorthodox, was held at the Ife branch.
